SMS Opt-In Methods

You may enroll by any of the following:

  1. Verbally – You will be able to opt in to receive messages either in person at our physical location or over a phone call. During an in-person or over-the-phone meeting, our team will ask if you want to be signed up for text updates. You will be asked to provide your phone number.

By opting in, you authorize Sierra Technical Solutions (“we,” “our,” “us”) to send you recurring SMS messages related to service requests, service updates, account updates, and delivery updates.

 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, questions, and services.

 

Cost

Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

Opt-Out

Text STOP to 313-355-2397 at any time to cancel. After you text STOP, we will send a single confirmation text and you will no longer receive messages.
